Price is what you pay. Value is what you get. When you select a wedding photographer you’ll choose from a variety of photographic styles and prices. Price that fits in the wedding budget is often the determining factor in choice of photographers. There are two schools of thought on where to focus your wedding budget: Put the money where it shows (the gown, the cake, the flowers, the reception, etc.); Put the money where it counts – the photographs.
Let’s face it, once the wedding day is over, the cake gets eaten, the gown gets stored away, the flowers die, the guests go home, and the only things you really have to remember the wedding day is through the eyes, heart and talent of your photographer.
Regardless of the “good deal” you are getting today, you could lose everything. And you may spend the rest of your married days in silent regret for not putting more of the wedding budget into your photographs.
You are going to be concerned with price only one time… when you buy. You are going to be concerned with quality, however, for the lifetime of your photographs.
